Reading Reverberate is like watching a crossover event where one of the leads is from a brand-new series—and her name is Aiko. And somehow, her world fits seamlessly into Izuku’s. You think this is a romance fanfic, but it’s actually two intertwined origin stories.

Seriously. You start reading thinking it’s just a MHA romance, and then Chapter 10 drops and you realize you’ve been slowly pulled into a whole other canon with its own tragedy, secrets, and power system. Aiko’s story could carry an anime on its own.

Aiko is sweet, witty, vulnerable—and also hiding so much. You feel it under the surface the whole time, and when it finally spills in Chapter 10, it doesn’t feel random. It feels earned. Like this was never just his story. It was always theirs.
